The Site is set within a clear open space of a long-standing tennis court to the side of Woodside House. It is surrounded by heavily wooded, steep slopes and embankments with a number of large and established trees.

 

The proposal seeks to erect a detached 2-storey, 3-bed family house to the side of the Woodside House on the site of the existing tennis court with 2 off-street parking spaces, cycle storage and associated landscaping.

 

The proposed dwelling will be built around a southerly facing central courtyard area with a garage built into the hillside at lower ground level.
