This new-build, 6,800 sq ft six-bedroom family home is located within the Wimbledon West Conservation Area, in close proximity to Wimbledon Village.
Completed in 2015, the design is carefully informed by the proportions, scale and detailing of the adjoining properties, while responding to the site’s distinctive position at the end of the terrace.
The rear elevation reflects the compositional order of the front, yet adopts a more contemporary architectural language. Generous ground-floor openings are introduced to accommodate modern open-plan living spaces, strengthening the connection between interior and garden while maintaining a sensitive dialogue with the surrounding context.
