A comprehensive renovation is underway at Wilton Crescent, a Grade II listed townhouse forming part of the distinguished curved terrace at Nos. 1–15 within Belgravia’s historic Grosvenor Estate.
The project includes the excavation of a new basement to incorporate a new swimming pool and spa beneath the principal house and mews building on Kinnerton Street,
reconfigured lightwells, rear extensions at first and second floor levels as well as raising the existing mansard roof.
Delivered in close proximity to listed neighbouring heritage assets, the works demand meticulous coordination with the contractor and design team, in collaboration with world-leading interior designers. The project aspires to marry architectural heritage with refined contemporary living, with completion anticipated in late 2026.
