Planning Approval has been granted  for a large mixed-use development in Edgware, to include 122 residential units as well as refurbishment of existing offices and retail units.



The scheme is centered around a landscaped podium, which provides shared amenity space to the residential flats above. It steps down from the 19no. storey residential tower to provide south-facing, landscaped communal roof gardens for all residents.
