SBA have achieved planning permission for a 1,500sqft rear extension and pool to a detached family home in Surrey.

The design looks to create a seamless connection with the existing house, with a contemporary twist, maximising views into the garden and natural daylight through a contemporary frameless pitched rooflight.

Construction is due to start in September 2022.
