Design for a new townhouse located within Dubai’s ‘Design Quarter’ combines classical elegance with contemporary detailing to create a layered and adaptable family home. Formal and informal spaces are clearly defined yet seamlessly connected, with the Majlis distinguished by subtle neo-classical elements and flexible pocket doors allowing privacy when required.
A dramatic double-height family living room forms the heart of the house, linking ground and first floors anddrawing
in generous natural light through large windowsoverlooking green surroundings. Warm oak parquetflooring, refined mouldings and carefully selected darkerfinishes introduce texture, contrast and sophistication.
More intimate spaces, including a cosy snug with curved seating and soft mood lighting, provide balance to theopenness, while the first-floor living area and reading gallery echo the architectural language below, ensuring a cohesive and refined interior throughout the home.
