Tender for construction has just been issued for this new build back land development in Ealing for 3 family houses.

The design was conceived around timber upper storeys resting on top of a brick garden wall. Consideration has been given to mitigate overlooking to neighbouring gardens with careful orientation of windows and acoustics measures have been taken to deal with the adjacent mainline railway.
