The proposed development is for two to six storey building comprising 45 flats (Use Class C3) with associated car and cycle parking, refuse storage and ancillary works.
The proposed building would be broken down into a number of block types. It would be designed with a flat roof form with a varied roofline of setbacks and integral balconies (upper floors) and private terraces (ground floor).
A staggered building line and integral balconies will break up the building and enhance the quality of the design.
