A planning application has been lodged for a contemporary 2 bed house within a Teddington conservation area.



The design has been generated from responses to the nature of the site, neighbouring properties and prevailing character of the surrounding Shell Estate.

There is also the desire to carefully integrate the dwelling into the surrounding urban fabric whilst  acknowledging its relatively unique location 

without creating a pastiche replication of the local Vernacular.
