Recently completed, this design-led change-of-use and new-build scheme delivers 125 residential units, including a carefully integrated rooftop extension, on the former Dairy Crest headquarters site near Esher.

Bordering the Metropolitan Green Belt, the proposal is anchored by the retained and enhanced façade of Claygate House, whose strong vertical stone fins and deep glazing establish a distinctive architectural identity on approach from Littleworth Road.

To the rear of the site,  a cluster of new 3-4 storey buildings have been set within newly landscaped grounds, replacing extensive hardstanding with a softer, greener environment. Rooftop additions are designed to sit comfortably within the established massing, ensuring a cohesive composition with minimal visual impact on the Green Belt setting.

Overall, the scheme reuses and elevates the existing architecture to create a coherent, contemporary residential environment rooted in its context.
