SBA have completed this 10,000sqft family house and swimming pool on a site within a private Arts & Craft estate in Surrey

The brief was for this family house to have a modern, contemporary aesthetic, but tight planning restrictions required the use of a restricted palette of materials. The resulting materiality using Petersen bricks and clay tile-clad overhanging eaves results in a striking aesthetic that sits comfortably in it's context.
