HBA have completed the first phases of the refurbishment of this listed building for Aviva in March 2016.

 

The project involves the refurbishment of various vacant office floors and 3no. reception areas in the historic building.

 

A new aesthetic has been developed to compliment the existing elements of the building, including the existing steel structure, listed iron metalwork and timber t&g boarding

 

Exposed services and feature lighting add new interest to the spaces, due for completion in late 2016
