HBA have been appointed by F&C Reit Asset Management to refurbish and extend existing office floors within this prestigious office development, in Mayfair.

Existing unused flat roofs are to be utilised as high-specification  roof terraces.

Internally, the office floors and common parts are to be fully refurbished to a Cat A specification. New mechanical services are  to be housed in a   minimal plasterbaord bulkhead with recessed contemporary lighting and new folding/sliding doors onto the roof terraces.
